8th October, 6.30-8pm, Julian Hodge lecture theatre, Cardiff University
Join Dr Turi King and Carl Vivian from the University of Leicester for this fantastic opportunity to hear the story of the discovery and identification of King Richard III. Turi, who led the DNA identification work, will discuss the project and the science behind it. Carl, who filmed the events from start to finish, will provide a unique behind-the-scenes insight into one of the most ambitious archaeological projects ever attempted – a search for the lost grave of King Richard III.
The event is free to attend but you must register at Eventbrite (search for Richard III).
